NYU has been working on this for a while, and there are a couple of other similar things available. Of this list, I like NYU's the best because it's more the size of an artist's sketchpad.

I've been using the P5 Glove a little bit. It's very inexpensive, works well with the newest drivers, and I haven't put my hand through the screen yet!
