Do we what to make one combined IRC/EnhancedIRC package or do we keep them separate? I should be able to make one combined package with the changes needed to run Enhanced IRC in 3.7 and combine in any other changes out there. We could use that as the base for future changes.
I've already merged IRC/EnhancedIRC into a Monticello package and integrated the old fixes I knew about at the time. Someone could use that as a basis for integrating Ned's changes for 3.7.

I've put a copy of the last version at SqueakSource:
MCHttpRepository location: 'http://kilana.unibe.ch:8888/IRC' user: '' password: ''

I've merged Ned's fixes into Brent's combined base package. It is at:
MCHttpRepository location: 'http://kilana.unibe.ch:8888/IRC' user: '' password: ''
The package is Network-IRC-fc.12.mcz.
So we now have one complete IRC package that works in 3.7. I've been using basically the same code for the past 2.5 months without problem so I guess it is stable enough.
What we need now are some people to test out the package and report how it works.
