[Box-Admins] Re: updates

Michael pointed out a couple of corrections:

1.  The server should be update.squeakfoundation.org NOT
updates.squeakfoundation.org .   I've fixed this although both will
actually work.

2.  The updates.list file should be in the updates/ directory and not
outside of it.  That copy appears to be an old one and so I've deleted
it and the links to it.  So ignore that part of the instructions.
