[Box-Admins] accounts for source.squeakfoundation.org

Hello,

You need to make an account at http://source.squeakfoundation.org  
(this is different to squeaksource.com).
There is a "Register member" link at the upper left.

The I (seemingly) can then add you as the admin of the 3.10 project.

I've added Edgar as a developer.
