[Cryptography Team] ECC and/or NSA Suite B?

Actually, they're distinct sets. FIPS-140 supports ECDSA, but not
EQMV or EQDH.
Another thing to note... FIPS-140 supports ciphers that are insecure.
Namely, DES.
