[Elections] Just to make sure we all agree on the goal

I'm subscribed to this list, but as a current Board member it doesn't
seem like a good idea for me to actively contribute to this process.
However I do want to me sure we are all clear on one thing, the primary
(at least first) goal:

This team's first and foremost goal is to design a process and policy on
how new Squeak Foundation board member's are selected/elected to replace
retiring members.

I hope we all agree on that.  Once that goal is more or less covered
then I'm quite happy for this group to pursue other goals.  But that is
the one thing that is needed soonest.
