[Etoys] Fwd: Pootle now fully open for translation

Takashi,

For testing purposes, I can set up an Etoys project. I just need 
to procure the POT & PO files, upload them and you can test...

Note that it won't be integrated with any version control system, 
so any changes (translations) you may want to keep you will need 
to merge them manually.
