  That may be true...  But there may be a young talent somewhere out
there who can write code but happens to only know about web forums.
*If* the forum/mailing list gateway is working alright with proper
spam filtering, then it would be a pure positive thing to have it, I
think.  (But, yes, it isn't working alright.)
