  For the last question, the answer is yes.  Changing
ServerDirectory>>isProjectSwiki, if I remember correctly, makes other
other unneeded entries show up in the list, but otherwise it shouldn't
be really harmful.

  To have your own repository for your internal use, intalling
SuperSwiki2 and clients with knownServer settings may be good.
