No, but I did consider another access level between  
"author" (showcase) and "admin".  Let's see who volunteers and the way  
they're most comfortable with.

The hardwired text isn't in Java (that all uses resource files), it's  
mostly image buttons, nav images, and such.   Some is static HTML,  
such as the home page, which can be put into resource files.  I've  
been slowly putting more and more into resource files.  Either way, we  
need the translations.
