[etoys-dev] Preparing for Monticello-based updates

Great news.
It will be really useful to load DrGeo for Etoys.
I am doing a lot of refactoring in DrGeo for cleaning and optimization.

So I will split DrGeo in different complementary Monticello packages to 
ease its loading in Etoys.
