[etoys-dev] win32 installer of Etoys 4.1 alpha 1

Here is win32 plugin installer package of Etoys4.1 alpha1.

        http://etoys.squeak.org/download/Etoys-4.1-alpha1-win32.zip

To install, unpack the archive and run EtoysInstaller.exe.

I think the Installer stuff is also alpha quality, so please test and
report problems here or at tracker.
