[etoys-dev] Remaining issues for 4.1

Hi folks,

I just bulk-moved many tracker tickets from the etoys 4.1 release to the next (called "etoys 2011" for now). There are still about 50 that maybe someone would like to look at. I marked only 2 as blockers, meaning we will not ship without fixing them first. Everything else might get punted, too. 

Please look through these and adjust as appropriate.
