[etoys-dev] Translation support

Hi,

I made new po files. I don't know what happened with the last ones, though.
You can download them from here: http://tecnodacta.com.ar/gira/gsoc/po.rar.
I checked almost half of the po files and it seems to be ok.
There are some missing translations, mostly from:
* LanguageEditor and SUnit not being in the image.
* Some records we don't use anymore like "Font-Scale", "Suppress-Bold", etc.

* Things that we no longer translate (I don't know why).
* Translations changed.
But I think these are all okay. In fact, they're good because we're cleaning
the translations :)

I found one bug I didn't know how to deal with: all po files have this
translation

#: Morphic-Basic,SketchMorph_class>>defaultNameStemForInstances
msgid "*s*ketch"

where it should be (notice the capital S)

#: Morphic-Basic,SketchMorph_class>>defaultNameStemForInstances
msgid "*S*ketch"

I don't know what went wrong in the export because it's clearly capitalized
in the source code. Anyway, I fixed it by hand (as well as some
"Language-Name" entries).

FYI, to export the existing translations to the new format I downloaded all
po files from http://etoys.laptop.org/svn/trunk/etoys/po/etoys/ and put them
in a directory called "old po files", then I ran the following script:
