    Correct.

    My point was that to display string in some language correctly
Etoys needs additional font loaded, but in our packaging the font is
NOT loaded into image by default.
In current implementation the font might be loaded after the language
is actually selected by user.  This means font isn't loaded when
language button is pressed and language chooser is opened.

Squeak has facility to display language name with extra icon.
see #iconForNativeLanguage and #chooseNaturalLanguage.
The icon for Japanese is actually loaded in the image by default, so
language name display for Japanese is using the icon.

So I think assumptions by current implementation are
a-1 translation for "the magic phrase" doesn't need additional font
a-2 If additional font is needed language icon is installed.

How do you think the design?
And We might want to ask folks to produce the icons for some languages.
