It's because in your image you moved all classes that were in GetText-Localization to System-Localization. Whereas in the official packages, only the ones listed by Korakurider where moved back, MOFile remains in GetText.

To see how the packages should look like, select a version in the repo and click "Browse". Clicking "Changes" shows the difference between your image and the package.
