Two aspects of Scaling button violates the principle of least astonishment  
(PoLA) :-(.

1. It does geometrical scaling only for pure, shapes like Rectangles and 
Curves. For sketches, it acts like a "lens". That is, the sketch is rendered 
bigger/smaller but its dimensions remain unchanged.

Should scale handle change its icon (say a lens) for sketches to make this 
clear?

2. The scaling fulcrum shifts from top-left corner to the center when the 
morph is rotated. Try scaling an unrotated and rotated morph to see the 
difference.
