If someone accidentally deselects the "page control visible" on the Book object menu, there's no clear way to retrieve the controls from the menu halo of the book. The user would have to scroll down and select "book.." from the menu halo to find the page control visible button again.

This is troublesome for new users who might just get discouraged or freaked out. Akin to loosing the toolbar by accidental deletion, there should be a quick to retrieve the page controls back without going through several steps as mentioned above.
