Default page controls should be "advanced"

<cwithers> @HELP Wouldn't it make better sense to make the advanced format be the default for the Book controls?
<cwithers> If one is to start with a new book, the only controls by default are the arrows which are dependent on him/her adding a page -> which are in the advanced format for the controls
<cwithers> to use the "revert page" option on the short menu, one must "save for later revert" using the advanced format of the controls panel as well.
<cwithers> same goes for the "revert entire book"
<cwithers> The only reason why one might use the "short" version of the book is if you already  have a finished book and you just pretty much want to navigate it with the arrows
