The increase and decrease arrows on number tiles could be enhanced a little.
Now it always adds and subtracts 1.
More useful would if the number have 0.3 to add or subtract 0.1 and likewise on 0.04 to add or subtract 0.01



Good idea. noteDecimalPlaces:forGetter: could be modified to save 10^-n as the 
arrowDelta for a morph for non-zero values of n.
