- Remove 'receive messages' tile
ScratchClientMorph receives messages in the step method, so that the 'receive messages' tile should not be executed in user-scripts. 

- Change help text of 'send variables'
ScratchClientMorph send ALL variables that the Morph has. Therefore its help message should be changed from 'send my variables to Scratch except scratchVariables.' to 'send my variables to Scratch'.
