How to install latest Magma beta, let's try this again..

Following your advices (loading the two Monticello .mcz packages you 
proposed) I have been able to load r41beta5 in latest pharo-dev.
Also note the Semaphore problem from Squeak 3.9.1 is gone with Pharo.
