[Morphic] Status of Snapview

Hi Juan,

I looked at Snapview and the conflict in functions
attached to the Shift-View halo. Loading snapview
overides the other function. That turns out to be
alright.

I have a separate patch that moves the other function
to the tile-for-self handle.  This is IMHO a more
appropriate place for it.

The good news is that Snapview is publishable as it
stands without any other changes.

I will upload the patch that moves the other function
to the Snapview Mantis Bug report after I send this
letter.
