Tough question. On the server side, this level has been split off in
separate packages (like Comanche). On the other hand, there's the idea
to make the whole thing URL-based, where actually being able to do
something with all the stuff coming in - at least some sort of
framework not only for retrieving the content, but also making sense
of it - would come into view.

At the very least, it's not automatically out of scope, i'd say :-)
