[Newcompiler] [ANN] NewCompiler#248

Hi,

There is now a new pre-build NewCompiler image at

	http://www.iam.unibe.ch/~scg/Research/NewCompiler

The highlight of this image is the latest work of Mathieu: for non- 
Closure mode, the Decompiler
now	 is working! It is possible to decompile the complete image and  
recompile it again and it
continues to work.

There are some smaller changes
	-> Recompiler now treats Traits methods correctly. It used to  
flatten traits methods.
	-> Some refactorings for the AST to store formatting  data as  
properties, not as iVars.
