[News] Weekly Squeak's categories reorganization

Hi all,

before starting updating TWS' site a little more frequently, I'd like to
reorganize the categories.

I'd like to have only 5 (+/- 2) main categories, plus a small bunch of
secondary categories.

Main categories could be:

1. Squeak - for general Squeak news.
2. Squeak Community - for community and foundation news.
3. Announcements and releases
4. The Weekly Squeak - for blog-related news.
5. Smalltalk - for other Smalltalk news.
6. Seaside - for Seaside-related news.

Secondary categories could be added again in a second time.

Thoughts?
