I cant see how I can contribute any further, since you have just taken
over. You have made NO effort to contribute to my process and you have
replaced it with a new one.

Please tell me how I can fit in with your process? Because as far as I
can tell its the same process as before i.e. the one that didnt work and
we sat down and thought about how to change it.
