[Seaside-dev] [BUG][FIX] startUp does not work with WAKomEncoded

I'm testing it with a 3.10 image... and the behaivor I described was  
right: WAKomEncoded #startUp was not working, then I added

super initialize

to WAKomEncoded39 and do

WAKomEncoded39 initialize.
WAKomEncoded initialize

And everithing start to work fine... I don't know if this is local or  
not, but all my images (3.10 based) had the same problem.
