[Seaside-dev] Load Scripts

The attached change-set contains a load script that was automatically
generated and that is able to load the complete codebase of Seaside
2.9. I've tested it in the latest Pharo image and it worked nicely.

I also included two other possible output formats (Monticello Map,
Package Universe) that I haven't tested myself yet. Probably soon we
will put online a web application that is able to generate these
scripts/definitions dynamically depending on a selection of Seaside
packages.
