I argue that a halt should always halt no matter what error handler is  
used, as it was in all previous versions of
Seaside. It is extremely annoying not to be able to open a debugger (even  
on a productive system), just because
of the choice of error handlers. If you have an not intended halt in your  
code, that's your own problem.
