What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the /counter app for a bit
2. Go to /seaside/status
3. Hit "Clear" beside Number of Sessions

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I see an error page for WAUnregisteredHandlerError

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Seaside 2.9a1 on Squeak 3.9.1final on Mac OS X.
