The change in Seaside-Platform-jf.45 (which seems to be part of this issue)  
added
WAPlatform>>#isProcessTerminated:.  Unfortunately, the implementation of  
this method
is not portable and so it should be in Seaside-Squeak-Platform so I can  
provide a VA
Smalltalk implementation (a VA Smalltalk Process implements #isDead but not
#isTerminated).
