[Seaside] [ANN] Seaside 0.92

This is a minor update to Seaside, a framework for developing
sophisticated web applications in Squeak Smalltalk
(see http://swiki.squeakfoundation.org/sea/2 for more information).

Seaside 0.92 is available at
http://beta4.com/seaside/downloads/seaside-0.92.cs.

A changeset for users of version 0.91 is available in
http://beta4.com/seaside/patches.

Highlights of this release include:

- new date and time selection components
- more complete support for html entities
- experimental "container dispatch" inspired by NewtonScript
- better support for file-based templates (thanks Kamil Kukura)
- workaround for issue with IE6 (thanks Damon Anderson)
