[Seaside] How do I read a csv file from SeaSide

BFAV is the "Bug Fix Archive Viewer" in Squeak. I think you have
to load it from SqueakMap first, but then you get at it via
World->open->BFAV.

But never mind that for now, just load the two change sets that
I attached to the email, and you should have what you need for
reading CSV files. I only mentioned BFAV in hopes of getting
more people to look at it and use it.
