What do you mean by a combo box?

If you mean to have a liveRequest triggered by a <select> input, then 
there's an example of this in the WALiveRequestTest - see the send to 
#selectFromList:selected:callback:labels:liveCallback:.

(That's a long selector - man, I really need to finish the Canvas 
work...)
