[Seaside] Help! "Error: key not found"

Oh heck - I just found it.
Its an error (my error) in the Session initialize method - seems that 
this part happens outside the regular seaside error handling so it was 
kind of hard to figure out why it popped up.  No nice debugger link 
like you usually get.
