[Seaside] Beginnings of yet another tutorial

Sorry for the delay...I've been in Canada camping for the last week.  I
don't know when it will be completed but I plan to add a section next
week.  I forget what loose ends I needed to tie up with that section. 
As for the rest of them...I hope they'll all be done before the start of
our Fall semester (August).  Thanks for the words of encouragement and
prodding ;-)
