[Seaside] (javascript) component needed for pop-up menus

Ok, that was another typical case of YAGNI. Ken and I spent some time
getting these menus to work, turned out to be a case of RTFM... And
then I added it, went on, and at the end it turned out that this
functionality was served better with SELECT widgets anyway :)
