[Seaside] KernelImage and Seaside

Excellent work!

You just have to run WAKom and it's alive. It's exactly those kinds of
images all seasiders need for server deployment. 
Have you docs about the fileIn with your KernelImage ?
I guess a simple ReferenceStream should work at least.
I will play a bit with it tomorrow!
