[Seaside] Installing FreeType in Seaside Dev image

Hi Edward, I have this problem too if I want to use FreeType in Squeak but
is nothing to do with Seaside at all. I've also saw you asked for this issue
in the squeak dev list which is a more indicated forum for this issue,
