[Seaside] The rendering context XHTML document is nil on page refresh

Can you show GdoHeader>>renderContentOn: ?

Can you define "sometimes"? Do you mean certain pages do it and
certain pages don't or, on any given page, sometimes it happens and
sometimes not?
