After enabling mods:

LoadModule proxy_module modules/mod_proxy.so
LoadModule proxy_http_module modules/mod_proxy_http.so
LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so

configuring Apache:

NameVirtualHost *:80
<VirtualHost *:80>
    ServerName myServerName.com
    RewriteEngine On
    ProxyRequests Off
    ProxyPreserveHost On
    UseCanonicalName Off
    RewriteRule ^/(.*)$ http://localhost:7777/$1 [P,L]

all I can see at myServerName.com is "It works!" apache message.
M be I need to set the "Server type" in seaside VW settings or do I miss
smth in apache configuration?
