[Seaside] implementing a side with pier and seaside.

most of the projects i work on are really just a content management
system with a very specialized set of functionality that is pulled off
using a framework system.

it appears that i might be able to use pier as a frontend, and just
plop components in wherever necessary..

my question may just be because i have not fully embraced the seaside
way, but bear with me..

say i am building a site that generates maps of interesting
geographical information..

the representation of the data for my area might be:

<domain>/maps/OH/Ashland

as users add more and more points, the number of cities would grow...
and the number of pages in the CMS would grow..

would it be possible to dynamically add a page to the CMS each time a
new city is spotted?

would it be possible to have a page saying "no information yet" or
something to that effect if they manually typed something like:

/maps/OH/Shelby <- nothing happens here...

getting closer and closer on this..

thanks!
