[Setools] Gjallar license decided

Hi folks!

I can gladly announce that we today decided the license for the Gjallar
code/project:

	"new" BSD

See http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php

Since this was the last hurdle for distributing the source (except from
going through it and "clean it" a bit from customer specific data) we
expect to be able to put out the code within a day or two.
