Thanks, that was a mistake. I just fixed the SqueakMap entry to
add the MIT license. Actually, you can have any license you want,
it's just that I did not realize that the GPL had issues back when
I wrote TimeZoneDatabase. I do appreciate you mentioning that you
are using it, because after all these years I think you might be
the first person to say so. You might be my first user after almost
seven years. Cool!

The #forkSqueak stuff works very well. I have to admit that I'm quite
pleased with that little hack.
