[Setools] Gjallar Bug reports

Hello together,

I try to follow the bug reports section on the Gjallar wiki and by now
I find it impossible to do so. (what has been solved, what is new...)

Is it possible (Göran ?) to set up a Gjallar instance for this
purpose.

I offer to hack in the existing bugs from the wiki.

Suggestions for a process?
