Hello,

What's new:
- log direct messages
- take '/me' messages into account
- Web interfaca to read the logs (need to be deployed somewhere 
different than localhost to test it though...)
- bug fixes
- Handlers can now save their configuration through Magma (wich are 
reloaded when the bot is reconnected). Existing handlers need to take 
this into account.
I've spent some time to implement that with files but was less 
convenient that Magma...


The whole need more tests as there are annoying small bugs. That 
definitely need to be stable for ESUG ;)
