[BUG] notify: doesn't show it's message

	6 notify: 'Information String'
throws up a normal debugger, but it does not show 'Information String'
any more (this last worked properly in 2.8)

I at first thought this might have something to do with the
	Preferences eToyFriendly
testing in Debugger buildMorphicNotifierLabelled:message:
but I think that is something else.

I get the same behaviour in MVC and morphic.
