If they knew what the buzzwords _were_, they'd be in sales or marketing.

If they knew what the buzzwords _meant_, they'd probably have better jobs.

I've tried to teach HR people what to look for in resumes, but gave up when I 
realized that the knowledge required to find interesting resumes goes way 
beyond simple phrase matching. 

If you're submitting resumes in Microsoft Word, I wonder if it would help to 
add every known buzzword in an invisible part of the text even though it 
wouldn't show up when viewed or printed.
