Attached change set attempts to clean up the buttons on the 
ProjectNavigationMorph.

this makes cosmetic adjustments to the Project Navigation Morph.

In particular:

    a)  Text in buttons is given a little more room to breathe.
        All text capitalized.
        Names on buttons simplified
        (easier to read, particularly on Windows screens)
    b)  Arrangement of buttons to correspond better with other windowed 
applications.
        (more intuitive for beginning user)
